Cancellation Policy

At Wonder Toys (a brand of Dang Trading Company Pvt. Ltd.), customer satisfaction is our priority. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders placed on www.wondertoys.in can be cancelled

To cancel orders before they are shipped:

1. Visit Your Order
2. Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel Order.
3. Provide a reason for cancellation (optional) and confirm.

To cancel orders that are already shipped:

1. Visit Your Order.
2. Select Request Cancellation and proceed.
3. The item will be returned to Wonder Toys, and a refund will be issued (if payment has already been made).

Note: If you are still contacted for delivery, or do not see a cancellation option in Your Orders, please refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery.

For cancelled orders, we will refund the amount (if payment has already been made) to your original payment method. For refund timelines, refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

Cancelling Razorpay (Online) Orders

1. Orders paid via Razorpay (Cards, UPI, Netbanking, Wallets) can be cancelled from Your Orders before dispatch.
2. Once cancellation is confirmed, the refund is credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancelling Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

1. COD orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before the order is out for delivery, from Your Orders.
2. If the order has already shipped, you may simply refuse the delivery at your doorstep — no cancellation request is needed.
3. Since no advance payment is collected on COD orders, no refund is applicable, unless a partial advance/token amount was charged, which will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

Note:

1. If your order is combined with other active orders and shipped together as a single shipment (common tracking number), cancelling one item may result in cancellation of all items in that shipment.
2. If an order is partially cancelled, the refund for the cancelled portion will be issued once the remaining items in the order have been fulfilled.
3. Orders cannot be cancelled once delivered and accepted, or if the item is a customised/made-to-order product — in such cases, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy instead.
